- Puedes pedirnos ver, corregir o borrar tu información, o retirar tu consentimiento, escribiendo a [email protected].

Privacy policy
Version 1 · October 5, 2026. This is the interim policy; updates will be posted here with their date.
Who we are
Carla Contigo is an artificial intelligence voice service for people who have just had an accident. Carla is an AI assistant: she is not a lawyer, not a person, and does not give legal advice.
What information we receive
- What you type or say: type of accident, when and where it happened, whether you saw a doctor, what happened, your name, phone and email.
- The recording and transcript of your call or conversation with Carla.
- Files you choose to upload (photos, videos, insurance policy, police report). The app never controls your camera: you take photos and videos with your own phone camera.
- Data saved on your device: your language, your progress and, if you give it, your phone number so we do not ask again. You can erase it from your browser settings or by deleting the app.
- Technical security data (bot check and usage limits).
What we use it for
To handle your request, help you complete your details and, only if you tick the consent box and send the form, deliver them to a law firm that may contact you.
Who we share it with
- A law firm, only after you tick the consent box and send the form.
- Providers that help us run the service: ElevenLabs (AI voice), Twilio (phone line), Cloudflare (hosting and bot check), Amazon Web Services (server and storage) and Zoho (customer records). They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy and to comply with the law. You can ask us to delete it.
Your choices
- You can fill in the form without using voice, or use none of this.
- The consent box is not a condition of any service. If you do not tick it, we do not send your form for anyone to contact you.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. If we already delivered it to a law firm, you will also need to ask that firm.
Minors
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from people under 18; if you believe a minor gave us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and usage limits. No system is 100% secure.
